Recherchez dans l'archive de messagerie du noyau Linux pour voir le correctif réel du noyau. "Add support for mv88e6393x family of Marvell" Le matériel prend donc définitivement en charge une telle configuration et la question est seulement de savoir si Mikrotik a ajouté la prise en charge de l'interface graphique et de l'interface de ligne de commande pour ces modes.

Si l'on en croit le diagramme du Mikrotik RB5009UG+S+IN, le Marvell mv88e6393x est relié à la fois au port SFP+, et aux poirts Ethernet RJ45, dont un est en 2500BaseT, et les autres en 1000BaseT. Où sont les 3 ports 10Gb que tu évoques.
Selon les sources que l'on peut trouver sur internet, la norme Serial Gigabit Management Independent Interface (SGMII) que tu mentionnes, fonctionne au plus à 1 Gbps, c'est pourquoi sur un port SFP+, c'est de la synchronisation
HSGMII à 2.5Gbps dont nous avons besoin, sur au moins un port SFP+.
