L'erreur donnée par fw_printenv est bizarre.

Peut-être que la commande sfp_i2c qui écrit le vendor ID écrase le password, alors il faudrait la faire en premier.

Mais le plus simple est de tout mettre à la main en une fois, tu avais déjà tout avant :

Avec https://hack-gpon.org/ont-lantiq-print-eeprom/, on peut vérifier que cette valeur contient be SN, Vendor ID et password.

Dans ce cas il faut faire comme suggéré sur hack-gpon : vim /tmp/sfp_a2.txt, coller la valeur, :wq.
Et ensuite :

Le vendor id le s/n et le ploam sont correct, j'ai connecté la fibre et toujours pas de vlan pense tu qu'il faut que je rentre le hw version?

Toujours pas d'identification de l'OLT avec "omci_pipe.sh meg 131 0" ?

Tu peux effectivement tenter de mettre Hardware Version en modifiant le bon MIB file (le .ini utilisé, donné par "fw_printenv mib_file", ou par défaut /etc/mibs/data_1g_8q.ini).

Normalement Bouygues n'en a pas besoin, mais on a surtout les informations des abonnés GP et éventuellement pro Bouygues, là c'est peut-être différent puisque c'est une offre en collecte.
Comme l'ONT d'origine vient de Bouygues, je suppose que c'est sur un OLT Bouygues, mais la configuration est peut-être différente de celle qu'ils mettent pour leurs clients.

vi /etc/mibs/data_1g_8q_us1280_ds512.ini (ou sinon depuis un PC : scp pour récupérer le fichier, l'éditer, puis scp dans l'autre sens).
Sur la ligne "256 0 HWTC 0000000000000 ...", il faut remplacer le "0000000000000" par "3FE47211DHAA\0".
