France and Europe need true and symetric broadband to enter in the Information Society. And create new kind of applications for education, commerce, health, entertainment, administration, communication between Human Beings ...
Thereby building a new ecosystem for better life, better jobs.

We have in mind to launch the same petition in english for all European countries.
