Bonjour à tous,
J'ai migré sur la fibre Bouygues depuis plusieurs mois.
Les services liés au décodeur TV n'ont jamais stable.
Le décodeur remonte des pertes de connexion à internet quand je suis connecté en filaire comme en wifi.
Ces instabilités engendreraient des problèmes sur les apps (Prime Video), replay et enregistrement.
Après analyse avec le support, nous avons écarté des problèmes de réseau local et du décodeur (changé 3 fois) et cela viendrait plutôt d'un problème d'infra.

Je ne vois rien de flagrant mais je ne suis pas un spécialiste sur l'infra publique.
Il y a plusieurs choses qui m'interroge:
TRACETR
a quoi correspond
rc137-h04-89-95-24-2.dsl.sta.abo.bbox.fr [89.95.24.2] ?
pourquoi le ping est il si long à toutes heures de la journée?
a quoi correspond `dsl` sur une infra fibre?
Je fais de plus un ping depuis l'extérieur vers la bbox pour voir.
Pourriez vous me donner des pistes d'actions pour essayer de comprendre ce qui se passe?
