I hope this message finds you well.
It is with deep regret that we must share some unfortunate news with you today.

Due to ongoing challenges with our local partner in France over the past few months, we are forced to shut down our beloved project on short notice.

Building this IX from scratch and maintaining it for over a year without issues or outages has been an incredible journey. We sincerely appreciate your continuous support and the valuable feedback that helped us enhance the experience.

In December 2024, we, as operators, moved out of our rack in Paris and relocated back to Germany. Despite this transition, we successfully kept the project running locally for you. Unfortunately, we can no longer continue. Among the key reasons are ongoing communication issues with our partner, including delays, lack of responses, and misinformation. Most critically, they recently shut down our management server and VPN router at TH2 without notifying us. Since then, we have been unable to access the TH2 side of our routers and edges, making it impossible to ensure a stable platform and quick response times.

Given these circumstances, all outstanding invoices that have not yet been paid will be canceled. Additionally, any fees paid in advance for services we can no longer provide will be refunded.
There is no final shutdown date as we can not access the devices anymore but please expect the ports to go down within the next seven days.

We appreciate your understanding and sincerely hope to collaborate on future projects together.
