quelle est la plateforme client ? Windows, linux ? , type de pc , sur quel slot est branchée la x520 ?

La cause n°1 c 'est un antivirus réseau ou un truc de genre (antimalware). Il est recommandé de supprimer les anti-virus tiers, celui de base de Windows suffit largement.

Sinon ajoute -cpu -color avant le get:

puis ajoute -n 4 pour voir si c'est ta limite global ou par session:

J'utilise que l'antivirus Windows et j'ai pas d'antimalware sur le poste

J'ai vu des trucs passer (hameçon, cheval) sous defender, que bitdef bloquait.

Il y a un problème sur la carte réseau, elle est en Pcie X1 ce qui ne suffit pas pour du 10G.

ben non, tu ne peut pas calculer comme cela, l'Ethernet 10G est full duplex également. Donc si tu veut de l'Ethernet 10G il te faut au minimum un lien Pcie 10G full duplex, soit donc grosso merdo du pcie 2.0 x4 ou du pcie 3.0 x2 en prenant en compte les pertes sur l'encodage.

Après vos information, j'ai switch la carte réseaux sur un autre port => PCIe 4.0 x4

ben non, tu ne peut pas calculer comme cela, l'Ethernet 10G est full duplex également. Donc si tu veut de l'Ethernet 10G il te faut au minimum un lien Pcie 10G full duplex, soit donc grosso merdo du pcie 2.0 x4 ou du pcie 3.0 x2 en prenant en compte les pertes sur l'encodage.
j'ai pas dit le contraire.

Je dis que c'est pas le point bloquant, car il est à 3gb. donc même s'il était en x1 gen2, ça ne serait pas encore saturé. Même avec cette histoire d'encodage, il montrait à 3,5.
