Bonjour,
Je suis en train de tester la configuration WAN -> OpenWrt -> Untangle chez moi et les performances m’intriguent.
Les 2 systèmes sont sur des machines virtuelles, sur un même serveur. Tests de débit depuis Openwrt avec iperf3 donne ~930Mbps, tests de depuis Untangle et en général mes appareils donne ~630Mbs-530Mpbs.
Les charges cpu sur Openwrt et Untangle ne dépassent pas les 0.5 lors des tests. Est-ce vraiment juste le double nat la cause?
Je teste cette configuration pour m’éviter a reediter le fichier /etc/dhcp/dhclient.conf dans Untangle pour recuperer la connexion wan.

Je viens de lire le fil de discussion sur la personne qui à un problème de latence quand il joue à fortnite et les autres qui essaient en vein de le persuader que c'est dû à la charge d'un core CPU qui s'atturait.
Je pense que c'est le même problème ici car j'avais alloué 2vcpu pour openwrt, et avait fait des tests avec l'option nat désactivée sur untangle sans aucun changement au niveau des résultats.
Après j'étais en train de m'enteté car je dépassais les 2Gbps avec un test untangle->openwrt.
J'ai abandonné l'idée de mettre openwrt car j'avais des problèmes de packets venant de ma zone local qui ne semblaient pas être traités correctement sur openwrt alors qu'avec tcpdump je les voyais bien être acheminés.
Il me fallait a chaque fois redémarrer openwrt pour que cela remarche. Peut-être un problème avec le règle du pare-feu mais j'ai pas pu le résoudre.

Si c'est bien le post que je pensse, il a pas un probleme de latence au contraire il a un tres bon ping.
mais un probleme de debit ;)

Oui c'est bien celui-là. J'ai trop supputer sur son problème car je m'imaginais qu'il avait des difficulté à y jouer correctement. Mais son fil de discussion suffit pour cela.

J'ai remis OpenWrt pour faire quelque tests et voici les résultats sans analyses car je doute quelles seraient exactes, a part le fait qu'un processeur plus récent-puissant aiderait à diminué la charge cpu et donc les resultats.
J'utilise mwan3 pour dépasser les 1Gpbs vers l’extérieur.
