Je connais pas cet ONT. Faudrait rechercher sur le forum, ce qu'il s'en dit.
Il peut aussi y avoir un Vlan d'administration.

Bon, déjà merci à ceux qui m'aident, ça fait du bien de ne pas se sentir seul.
J'avance un peu, et j'ai un nouvel indice je crois, mais que je ne comprends pas.
1/ Alors déjà, je peux faire un ping de mon subnet personnel (192.168.1.0) vers le subnet 192.168.4.0 ... ce que je trouve assez étrange.
2/ Sur le subnet 192.168.4.0 il y a 5 IP qui répondent : 1,250,251,253,254 : qui sont-ils ?
3/ Le 192.168.4.1 répond au http et c'est ma box internet ! (qui est aussi en 192.168.1.1)
4/ J'ai cru voir que le 192.168.4.254 est le boitier ONT, mais là je ne comprends plus : pourquoi un ping de +5ms alors que tout mon LAN est <1ms ?
5/ enfin, la perte des paquets se fait entre mon subnet et le fameux 192.168.4.254 ... d'ou cela peut venir alors ?

Voila ce que je comprends de ton installation SFR-ONT:

1/ Alors déjà, je peux faire un ping de mon subnet personnel (192.168.1.0) vers le subnet 192.168.4.0 ... ce que je trouve assez étrange.
C'est normal car la box est un routeur et elle sait donc où trouver le réseau 192.168.4.0 : Eth0 sur mon dessin.
L'interface Eth0 porte à la fois l'adresse publique pour le WAN (Internet) et l'adresse 192.168.4.1 pour la communication administrative entre la box et l'ONT.
2/ Sur le subnet 192.168.4.0 il y a 5 IP qui répondent : 1,250,251,253,254 : qui sont-ils ?
3/ Le 192.168.4.1 répond au http et c'est ma box internet ! (qui est aussi en 192.168.1.1)
Le service web http de la box répond aussi bien sur les adresses 192.168.1.1 et 192.168.4.1.
Du coup, 192.168.4.1 est sur Eth0 de la box.
Pour savoir pour les autres (250,251,253,254), tu peux débrancher l'ONT et voir ce qui répond encore. Puis brancher l'ONT que sur le PC de test avec une adresse dans le range 192.168.4.0/24 sur le PC de test pour voir qui est qui.

A cause du temps de routage entre les deux réseaux +5ms. La box est pas bien rapide, mais pas bien grave.

Ça, c'est pas normal du tout de perdre des paquets comme cela.
A croire que la box ou l'ONT est trop occupée pour répondre à tes pings.

Pour savoir qui merde, tu peux faire un trace route ou mtr depuis le PC en 192.168.1.x sur 192.168.4.254.

J'ai pas demandé avant mais t'es bien sûr du câble entre la box et l'ONT?  ;)

Ca va direct chez SFR en fait le 192.168.4.254 ?
(Pour ce test je suis sur un autre serveur qui est dans le lan 192.168.1.0)
(sinon j'ai aussi relié direct le pc à l'ont en ip statique 192.168.4.100 pour un test, ce qui me permet de voir le telnet et de faire quelques requêtes telnet quand le port est ouvert).

Cela répond à mes questions sur le traceroute et le délai du ping.
Bref, cela ne m'avance pas beaucoup d'avoir accès à l'ONT : pas de log.

Du coup, c'est moi qui ne comprend plus comment la box fait pour causer avec l'ONT en 192.168.4.254 si la route part chez SFR?

Ce que j'ai compris, c'est que la box doit avoir une route spéciale ONT, et pour un PC de test :
- Pour être sûr d'avoir la bonne route, il faut se plug direct sur l'ONT, SANS la BOX : là le 192.168.4.254 est bien l'ONT, avec un ping <1ms.
- Si la box est dans la boucle, elle route la demande 192.168.4.254 vers les serveurs SFR (ping > 5ms)
D'ou ma confusion initiale.
Mais ça ne me sert pas à grand chose in fine pour mon problème de déconnexions régulières.

Bon je suis back de quelques jours, évidemment les plantages n'ont pas cessé, malgré les soi-disant interventions des équipes réseau.
Le monitoring des infos ONT n'a rien apporté de nouveau, à part que quand le ONT plante il passe en statut :

On voit assez clairement la "zone de turbulences" réseau qui commence vers 00h15 environ, monte doucement jusqu'à peu près 50% de perte de signal, puis l'ONT plante (100% perte) et n'arrive pas à redémarrer (je suppose les pertes trop fortes >50%).
Puis ça redescend, l'ONT arrive a redémarrer quelques fois (tout seul, aucune intervention manuelle), puis ça se stabilise.

Je rappelle : quelque soit le boitier ONT (c'est mon 6e ou 7e je crois, j'ai perdu le compte) donc a priori cela ne vient pas de ça.

Le ONT_RANGED me fait penser au paramètre  "Rangement de l'ONT sur PON" (qui est toujours de 05 chez SFR), et à l'OLT, il faut peut être qu'ils creusent à ce niveau au lieu d'insister côté ONT/box ?

J'ai exactement les mêmes symptomes.

Pertes de connexions de 5 min à 12h, environ 1 à 10 fois par jour, avec voyant PON clignotant vert, puis Orange fixe, puis vert à nouveau etc...

Avez vous fini par trouver une solution à votre problème ?


Je n'en suis qu'au premier cycle d'appels avec la hotline... Pour le moment ils m'ont envoyé un poseur qui n'a rien pu faire (ca marchait quand il est venu...)
Ils doivent me rappeler demain.

Chez moi, 4 PCs fixes connectés en CPL. On a l'impression que plus on est nombreux connectés, plus ca plante.
CPLs Devolo Magic 2
ONT : le noir standard qui est en photo plus haut
Box : fibre de base blanche de chez SFR (pas le dernier modèle avec le wifi à large bande passante)

Boitier à part, branché sur multiprise oehlbach filtrée...

J'en déduis qu'ils vont essayer de changer mon matériel...
