This service is in WARNING state because one of the values reported is outside the allowed range. Please see further down for information about the ranges and the graph for the values."

Essaye:

# smartctl -t long /dev/sda

/dev/sda -a -o on -S on -s (S/../.././01|L/../../1/03) -m mail@ndd -M exec /usr/share/smartmontools/smartd-runner
/dev/sdb -a -o on -S on -s (S/../.././02|L/../../2/03) -m mail@ndd -M exec /usr/share/smartmontools/smartd-runner

# 1  Extended offline    Completed: read failure       20%     40054         844622245

# 4  Short offline       Completed without error       00%         0         -

# smartctl -a /dev/sda

# cat /etc/fstab
# /etc/fstab: static file system information.
#
# Use 'blkid' to print the universally unique identifier for a
# device; this may be used with UUID= as a more robust way to name devices
# that works even if disks are added and removed. See fstab(5).
#
# <file system> <mount point>   <type>  <options>       <dump>  <pass>
# / was on /dev/sda1 during installation
UUID=36dd6a10-da30-4136-ad52-cdfd5e417708 /               ext4    errors=remount-ro 0       1
# /home was on /dev/sda6 during installation
UUID=d751c853-b78d-46f1-b154-5d9a651ce7c5 /home           ext4    defaults        0       2
# swap was on /dev/sda5 during installation
UUID=f76b3232-fae7-459c-86d2-a409d66cef6a none            swap    sw              0       0
