Did you do that with the RIO number ?

I mean, if you didn't put any RIO to switch the line to Sosh, it will be you to terminate your contract with Free.

Because with the RIO number it's the next ISP who will terminate your actual contract.

By the way, you can put the Livebox 4 in english.

All Free lines has been migrated to the new IPv6 DSLAM, you can see the old DSLAM (civ86-1) but with no customers on it :

I didn't use an RIO number but the Sosh sign up identified my current Free contract and offered to take over from that. I assume it's been automated now.

That's funny looking at the dates on your image. Last year (2018) my fixed IP changed for no apparent reason. I had to call Free support and they didn't tell me anything had changed. They just told me what my new IP was and then closed the ticket. I lost access to all the remote equipment and had to waste time fixing it all. This is one reason I'm not bothered about leaving Free.
