Pourquoi toujours autant de dégradation. N est il pas possible de fermer à clé ces armoires pour éviter vol ou vandalisme

je pense qu'a l'origine les armoires étaient fermés mais que justement par dégradation (mec bourré qui tape sur tout ce qu'il trouve par exemple).
donc il faudrait un budget monstre pour tout remettre en états et je ne pense pas que ça tiendrait longtemps. (tant que ça marche pourquoi changer!)
