Github est très lent chez moi (100KB/s max!) :

Non. Les pertes commencent dès ta Livebox. Le problème est chez toi.

C'est pas glorieux pour autant, je sature à 30Mbit/s sur un FTTH Giga :

Sur mon réseau interne vers la livebox
Ou sur le la fibre connectée à la livebox ?

Réseau interne, ça commence des le 1er hop, si c'était après, deuxième hop.

mais le débit plafonne encore à 100 ou 200KB/s :-/

On est sur une offre ftth Pro en plus (je ne sais pas si le réseau est différent de la fibre pour particuliers)

Pour info, le problème est bien chez Orange.

Le fix temporaire est de passer en ip dynamique.
Ils ont un problème (pas très clair) avec certains firmware de livebox et des clients ip fixe

Peut être que le lien avec un bug firmware c'est n'imp
Mais en tout cas en cas en ip dynamique, je suis passé de 100KB/s à 10MB/s et plus aucune loss !

Ça c'est le jeu des chaises musicales sauce Peering Orange, selon ton IP, tu n'utilise pas les mêmes portes de collecte OpenTransit et donc tu peux potentiellement passer par une porte moins chargée :)
