Ceci est mon 1er post et donc bonjour à tous

Merci à ce site dont je me suis inspiré pour pas mal de choses.

Je me permets de vous solliciter car j'ai un problème un peu bizarre, dont voici l'historique :

- Je dispose d'un abonnement Livebox Up de 2015 avec débits 1Gbps/400Mb et une Livebox 4.
- Suite à une évolution de l'utilisation de l'offre vers une charge plus soutenue (vod, jeux en ligne, télétravail, ...) je remarque un problème de débit occasionnant des freezes, ...
- Du coup je me résous à mesurer le débit et je constate à ma grande surprise un débit download oscillant entre 300 et 400Mb, et un débit upload dépassant rarement 100Mb.

- J'appelle le 3900 et leur explique. Ils me proposent un échange vers une LB5. Comme mon install est particulière (arrivée fibre éloignée), je dois passer soit par un boîtier gpon hg8010h (datant de mon ancien appart), soit par un sfp+mc220l ou switch (cas actuel après mon déménagement).
- Lors des 1ers essais je constate après allumage les débits attendus, et quelques heures plus tard à nouveau un débit réduit.
- Je rappelle le 3900 qui me disent d'essayer en direct sur la LB5, mais impossible.

Puis l'illumination : je propose au 3900 de tester avec le boîtier gpon. Ils font la modif de s/n, je le branche, et me met en observation.
==> le débit reste constant en permanence !

Par acquis de conscience (et parce que le boîtier me mange une alim), je décide d'acquérir le sfp gpon de fs.com. Après réception et custom, il passe en O5 sans problème.
Cependant, même avec le sfp fs, je constate exactement le même problème de débit qu'avec l'ancien sfp (FGS202) !

Du coup j'en arrive à la conclusion que ma ligne fibre ne semble pas aimer les sfp !
L'un d'entre vous aurait-il constaté un phénomène similaire ? et/ou aurait une idée des étapes de debug/support ?

C'est peu probable mais quelle température de SFP dans le local (exiguë j'imagine) ?

De ce que j'ai compris, le problème se produit lorsque tu utilises un SFP (n'importe lequel) dans le boitier mc220l.

C'est donc très probablement lui le coupable...

C'est presque ça.

Le problème semble apparaître dès que j'utilise un SFP. Voici les combinaisons mises en œuvre et présentant le problème :
- Sercomm FGS202 + LB4
- Sercomm FGS202 + Switch Mikrotik CRS326
- Sercomm FSG202 + MC220L + eth
- ONT fs.com + CRS326
- ONT fs.com + MC220L + eth

A l'allumage : full speed. Si je reteste 2/3h plus tard alors débit réduit.
L'utilisation du boîtier gpon ne présente pas le problème.

Bonjour,

Après moultes séances de debug j'ai résolu le problème et j'ai, semble-t-il, corrigé le pb. d'upload avec l'ONT fs.com et un OLT Huawei.

Je vous livre ci-dessous le mib_file.
J'ai notamment modifié les paramètres meid 277 (partie seuils) de files d'attente et les lignes ONT-G et ONT2-G.
J'ai aussi patché le omcid pour pouvoir envoyer la bonne "SoftwareVersion" mais je ne sais pas si ça joue.
NB: l'amélioration n'a pas été instantanée.

EDIT : après un reboot ça tombe.

Après moultes séances de debug j'ai résolu le problème et j'ai, semble-t-il, corrigé le pb. d'upload avec l'ONT fs.com et un OLT Huawei.

Je vous livre ci-dessous le mib_file.
J'ai notamment modifié les paramètres meid 277 (partie seuils) de files d'attente et les lignes ONT-G et ONT2-G.
J'ai aussi patché le omcid pour pouvoir envoyer la bonne "SoftwareVersion" mais je ne sais pas si ça joue.
NB: l'amélioration n'a pas été instantanée.

EDIT : après un reboot ça tombe.

Hum, ça m'intéresse. J'ai un soucis équivalent chez bouygues.
De mon côté, je peux être "brider" pendant quelques heures ou plusieurs jours: l'OLT m'envoie l'upstream bandwidth map (j'ai un log dans le dmesg de souvenir).

EDIT : après un reboot ça tombe => quand tu redémarres l'ONT FS, tu te retournes sur l'upload limité à 300mb/s ? Ça revient au bout de combien de temps ?

En fait de l'eau est passée sous les ponts depuis.

Comme toi après un reboot c'est retombé "à bas débit". Dans mon cas :
- Entre 300 et 400 Mbits en download
- Moins de 100MBits en upload (aux alentours 60~70)

Comme le comportement est un peu aléatoire j'ai donc renvoyé le module sfp à fs.com, et j'ai rangé le fgs202 dans son carton.
J'utilise maintenant un boitier gpon Leox (lxt-010h-d)
