mais la connexion de la box est maintenant plus instable, j'ai le message à l'écran de la box de manière aléatoire comme quoi le réseau Orange n'est pas détecté!

il y a eut un reboot box, débranchée électriquement ? rebranchée après 15 mn env. ? action du tech. au NRA ?

le tech est intervenu à quel niveau ? NRA ? Son avis ?

20 mn de sychro. , les erreurs toujours à fond , donc pas d'amélioration dans l'immédiat ,

la LB4 est branchée sur onduleur ? fair un essai sans ,. plus tard dans la soirée

un contrôle sur la prise en T ? sur laquelle est branchée le LB4 a t elle été faite ?

il serait intéressant que tu répondes à la question posée sur le zinc d'en face.

Pas très compréhensif le bonhomme, il est vénu, à tiré un nouveau câble du poteau à la maison, s'est repiqué sur le câble existant qui rentre dans la maison et a ajouté une paire de scothlocks pour la nouvelle paire de fils et a récupéré les fils au niveau de la prise pour mettre la nouvelle prise et s'est barré en me disant d’appeler le 3900 pour lancer une investigation.

Il n'avait rien pour me fixer la nouvelle prise du coup il l'a laissé posé sur l'ancienne!

Bonjour

quelle conditions du test ? sans onduleur ? Après avoir débranché la fiche sur prise T ADSL ?
après avoir éteint la LB4 à son interrupteur ? puis après une bonne 15 aine de mn , brancher la LB4 sur une prise murale ? et rebranché sur la prise en T ?

à l'usage de ta connexion , y a t il les dysfonctionnements constatés auparavant ?

j'suis un peu à court d'idée maintenant.
à noter , le 13-02 (post 50) sur le relevé du Ping permanent, une rupture . La cause ? je ne connais pas ,

en effet , peu de changements
laisser quelques jours comme ça, si possible.

à noter - LinkRetrain : 3 cela après branchement prise murale , 2 avec LB4 sur onduleur.
LinkRetrain indique le nombre de tentatives d'initialisation complète, incluant les échecs ( info. lu sur le net) je ne sais pas quoi en
penser.

Toutefois :
NumberOfReboots : 3 comme tu as débranché, rebranché électriquement la LB4 , ce reboot aurait dû passer à 4, là je ne vois pas, d'autres avis seraient les
bienvenus.

sinon, à l'usage, les mêmes problèmes constatés ? mais il est peut être un peu tôt pour se prononcer.

Bonsoir Kybla,

Désolé de ne répondre que maintenant mais j'ai pris un peu de vacances!

Les voisins autour sont soit chez free soit chez bouygues et ils ne semblen pas avoir des soucis, en même temps il s'agit des personnes âgés donc pas la même utilisation que moi.
