Job description
As to be FTTx ODN project presale & delivery technical responsible, lead whole team do as bellowed:
1, Deep analysis & optimize the France FTTx project technical field, which include but not limit “High/Low level design”, “End to end project procedure between Huawei and each Operators, Civil engineering.
2, Technical responsible of overall FTTx project running in France;
Technical Skill:
1, Technical Management
a, Has strong technical capability on France FTTx ODN turnkey project, has cross domain projects is preferred, familiar with different operator rules
b, Has strong knowledge of end to end FTTx Procedure on each Operator, such as “Project management procedure” , “IT system”, Required documents and standard, handshaking process ,etc
c, Has strong knowledge of Civil engineering, understand the key “Technical” & “Delivery baseline” of France FTTx ODN project;
d, Has strong knowledge of technical management with “Civil engineering partner”;
2, Network Design
a, Overall knowledge of France FTTx ODN design rules & solution;
b, Overall knowledge of France Operator’s design procedure & IT system on each operator;
c, Overall knowledge of general design tool, such as Setics (Fiber Plan IT), Net Designer, QGIS, ARCGIS, AutoCAD and so on;
Work Experience:
1, Has 10+ years on France FTTx project experience in France
Language:
1, Mother Language: French
2, Work language: English.
Work Location: Paris, can accept short term Business Travel;
