Les débits sont de 200 Mb/s en téléchargement et 50 Mb/s avec l'offre Livebox Play chez Orange.
Dam64, tu nous fait un IPERF (https://iperf.fr) ?
C'est le meilleur moyen de voir sont débit de façon fiable en upload.
Upload uniquement : iperf -c 3.testdebit.info -i 2 -t 20
Upload puis Download : iperf -c 3.testdebit.info -i 2 -t 20 -r
(pour le download, il faut ouvrir le port TCP 5001 vers le PC)

Je serais intéressé par un comparatif avec ton debian en réalisant un iperf avec ou sans l'option -w 4m
Normalement sous linux on a de meilleurs perfs sans spécifier d'option -w, sous windows, c'est le contraire.

L'heure du test n'est pas forcèment très favorable ...

Il est possible que ce test ne dépende pas de l'heure mais soit lié a la latence (Pau est éloigné de Paris)
Tu nous ferais un traceroute (mtr sous debian) vers lafibre.info (nord de Lyon) et testdebit.info (Paris) dans le post Comparaison du Ping SFR / Orange / Kiwi sur Pau (https://lafibre.info/pyrenees-atlantiques/ping-sfr-orange-kiwi-sur-pau/)
