Titre: Cannot connect to iperf3 server on my laptop.

I have a desktop pc with win 10 x64 fully updated and a laptop with windows 10 x64 fully updated. I ran iperf 3.13 x64 on both of them. The laptop's client can connect to desktop's server but desktop's client cannot connect to laptop's server. Why? I used ethernet cable for both devices at first and wifi for the laptop later. Same results. Why?
